What Do We Do?
Lariat Homes Ltd. is a general contractor offering high-end custom home building, remodeling, and construction of outdoor living projects. It has accomplished a wide range of work in the Colorado “Foothills,” which has been described as areas west of Interstate 25 at elevations generally between 6,000 and 8,000 feet. Jobs have ranged from building 1,800-22,000 sq. ft residences, completing home additions and remodels, designing and creating outdoor living spaces (decks, patios, etc.), restoring historic properties, and renovating estates. This has been possible through Lariat Homes’ relationships with quality subcontractors and professionals. The company offers its own in-house project managers and carpenters to ensure craftsmanship from start to finish and is fully licensed and insured. Pre-Construction Services Offered by Lariat Homes
In addition to custom home building and remodeling, Lariat Homes offers pre-construction services on an hourly basis. Lariat Homes can provide everything needed to prepare construction contract documents. These services may include but are not limited to: coordinating with architects and engineers regarding plan and specification drafting and revision; coordinating with soil and water engineers regarding well and/or septic design; coordinating with flood-plain engineers, if necessary, to develop a site plan; advising on site layout and preparation; compiling estimates to develop a budget; negotiating hard bids; submitting permits; supervising any site work; managing the overall project; accounting and billing for pre-construction services and costs; and any other services deemed necessary by client and contractor.
