Our home of 28 years in Evergreen, Colorado burned to the ground on December 23, 2019. After acquiring four bids for the reconstruction of our home, we chose Lariat Homes to build our new home. They were a pleasure to work with from the first day. With Covid 19 becoming a reality in early spring of 2020, everything slowed down to a crawl. We finally got our building permits and Lariat Homes broke ground on September 28th, 2020. They gave us a completion date of April, 2021, just seven months. After all that we had been through with insurance and removal of our burned home and the Covid delays, this deadline sounded amazing! We would have been happy if the deadline was June. With Lariat Homes' extended full-time crew and the excellent subcontractors they had working, the construction process continued to move along. Even with all of the lack of products for our home and changes in prices, Lariat Homes finished our home on schedule and at the contracted price! That is truly impressive to me. They have made this process a true blessing for us. I can not recommend them enough.
