Michele Couch
President
Raised in the Midwest, Michele obtained her Bachelors of Arts in English from Indiana University, Bloomington. Then while studying at Valparaiso University School of Law, she met Bill. They married, and after graduation, relocated to Evergreen, CO. Michele has had a local family law practice for over 20 years and is also the President of Lariat Homes Ltd. Her hobbies include camping, gardening, and doing anything with the dogs.
Bill Couch
Senior Project Manager
As its Senior Project Manager, William "Bill" Couch brings 40 years of construction experience to Lariat Homes Ltd. Following in the footsteps of his father who also was a builder, Bill started as a carpenter working on high-end custom homes in the Chicagoland area. He moved on to become a framing crew foreman, and after meeting his wife Michele, they relocated West to Evergreen, Colorado. Bill further expanded his skills to include expertise in mountain properties while working as a project manager for Colorado builders. This has included not only custom home building and remodeling but also the construction of an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, a pavilion, a chapel, an art studio, and even a tunnel. Bill obtained his contractors license in 2014. Formed in 2018, Lariat Homes Ltd. has been blessed to build and restore some of Evergreen's premier homes and iconic estates. Bill and Michele's sons continue the tradition of craftsmanship as carpenters with Lariat Homes. Bill's interests include camping, playing guitar and flying his drone.
